MindView, Inc. does not have a secure server yet, but we've processed many orders via credit card using email. Although we have never had problems (or heard of anyone else having problems) with emailing credit card numbers, we recommend that you fill out this form on the computer, print it and then fax it to MindView at 619-465-2944. You may also send it by mail with a check.

Orders received by fax will get the same priority as those received by email (that is, we'll send it out on the same day if it's received by noon, PST). Mail orders will also be shipped on the day they're received.

Please note that the Windows version of this CD is packaged with both Thinking in Java, 2nd Edition and Thinking in C++, 2nd Edition for a lower cost (for the book with the CD) than what we are charging for the CD alone here. The only difference is that the CD sold here uses RealMedia technology and so is more portable.
